The Johns Hopkins Surgical Center Series is seeking an experienced Administrator for a new outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center at Green Spring Station in Lutherville, MD. Opening in 2019, this ASC will have five operating rooms and 4 procedure rooms.
Job Summary:
The Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator reports directly to the Medical Director of Green Spring Station Pavilion 3 (GSS 3) Ambulatory Surgery Center within the Johns Hopkins Surgery Center Series (JHSCS). Under the guidance of the Medical Director, the position leads and supports the establishment and development of both existing and new surgical or procedural ambulatory surgery programs in response to needs of the community, of JHM clinical departments and of the Johns Hopkins Health System hospitals and supporting services.
Minimum requirements:
Master's degree or equivalent; including course work in health care administration or office management required.
Five years related management experience required. Qualified applicants must have multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center experience.
