JOB SUMMARY
To supervise the service of meals to residents and ensure adequate dining satisfaction; to supervise the Food Service Workers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Checks attendance against schedule and revises assignment sheet as necessary. Reads the menu before each meal. Checks tally sheets and stocks trayline accordingly.
Assures that all menu items and serving utensils needed for tray line are available and adequate prior to start of tray line operation. Communicates any shortages or problems to Executive Chef or designee promptly. Monitors and documents food temperature at the start of the trayline.
Monitors and records temperatures for all refrigeration units and trayline foods. Communicates any problems to the manager or designee promptly.
Assists with the set-up, service, and clean-up of all catered events, refreshment carts, luncheons, etc., as assigned.
Supervises the proper cleaning and sanitation of all support equipment, dishes, utensils, dining room tables, chairs, countertops, and floors in warewash area according to established procedures.
Prepares meals and food items as required. Assures that all food items are wrapped, labeled, and dated correctly before storage daily.
Consistently follows established safety and sanitation procedures, to include proper handwashing, wearing hairnet, using plastic gloves, setting up sanitation buckets prior to the meal, and sanitizing all cleaning clothes and mop heads at the end of evening shift.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
