POSITION SUMMARY
Position requires 40 hours per week. Primary responsibilities include handling administrative support for the Chief Executive Officer and Office of the Chairman Team.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
o Support to Office of the Chairman
o Filing and folder creation
o Scanning projects
o Placing and picking up lunch orders for Chairman and his guests
o Travel arrangements
o Setting up trip folders
o Smart Office (Contact Management System) travel entry
o Some travel coordination as directed by The Chairman or EVP of Office of The Chairman
o Chairman's personal support: checking on his homes, mail, ADT calls, meeting repair people
o Setting up new hire meeting with staff
o Schedule, manage and coordinate activities for Chairman
o Answer and screen Lee's Phone. Announce all calls
o Greet clients coming into the office and attend to guest needs
o Preparation of Lee's correspondence as necessary
o Perform daily confirmation of next day's appointments
o Assist with offering new hire orientation tour, office housekeeping
o Oversee administrative support to others close to The Chairman
o Manage Chairman's Calendar
o Focus & Buffer Days
o Joint work
o Client meetings
o Meetings out of town
o Coordinating Outside Committees and Board Memberships; assisting when feasible
o Carson Scholars Fund
o Coordinate Chairman Meetings/Travel
o Prepare files for appropriate meetings.

o This position is performed in a normal office environment that includes 75% sitting and less than 10% walking and/or standing. This is a position of frequently reviewing information on a computer screen and obtaining other necessary information via phone. 50% of the information for this position is received in written form, 50% is received orally.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
