In this position you will be the main point of contact for all customer inquiries, converting inquiries into orders, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will also work on special marketing projects to assist with brand awareness through effective database management. Your overall goal in this position is to be the client''s go-to resource and building lasting business relationships.
Responsibilities include:
Promptly and professionally answer all inbound customer calls while providing exceptional customer service with each interaction.
Convert inquiries into orders while promoting while promoting the company''s value proposition.
Process quotes and orders accurately and timely following standard company operating procedures
Greet, qualify & set up prospective customers in
Collaborate effectively with our cross-functional teams to address customer needs.
Working hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
Required Skills:
4 year College degree in Business Administration or related field required.
Professional and pleasant phone demeanor and ability to build rapport quickly with clients
Proficient in building rapport quickly with customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and respond to rapid change
