The Decision Science Qlikview Architect is responsible for the design, construction, and integration of Qlikview solutions to facilitate the tracking, execution, analysis, and reporting of corporate financial and operational performance. A qualified candidate must possess a strong technical background and proven leadership skills. Responsibilities will include data mining and analysis, testing, building out front ends, ensuring seamless integration of new solutions into the infrastructure, and influencing best practices while providing support to BI clients.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
Minimum 3 years working with QlikView creating visuals, building dashboards, rapid prototyping and customization to meet needs of end-user
Experience in performance tuning of QlikView server, publisher and data loads
Experience in clustering and scaling QlikView environments
Utilizing QlikView Publisher capabilities
Extract, transform and load data from multiple data sources into the QlikView application
Design, build, test and debug QlikView solutions based upon specified requirements
Ability to tune data loads and QlikView application for efficient performance
Experience with connecting to multiple data sources including Teradata, SAP BW, Oracle, SQL, Hadoop and others
Possesses a strong aptitude/passion for creative problem solving when dealing with ambiguity
Delivers thought leadership in the area of Qlikview best practices, coding standards, and performance tuning techniques.
Strong project management skills with high attention to detail on data and a strong focus on meeting deliverables with time limitations - must have ability to multitask and prioritize
Utilizes data-mining skills and business knowledge to convert raw data into solutions that provide clear and concise insights into the health of the business
Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with business partners and technology teams - ensuring goals and customer satisfaction are achieved
Possesses ability to use effective facilitation skills to elicit requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders and groups
