We have an immediate contract opportunity with a large F500 client in the Timonium, MD area.

You will work as a developer in the design, implementation, and testing of reusable web services and the supporting SOA framework. You will be responsible for developing web service components that meet the given business and technical requirements. Also responsible for defining and documenting detailed designs for web services.

Requirements:
Knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and education required to perform job.
o Familiarity with messaging-based solutions
o Familiarity with Enterprise SOA concepts
o Familiarity with UI frameworks
o Proficiency with the Spring framework (Security, AOP, etc.)
o Proficiency with Maven 2.0
o Proficiency with Hibernate; strong in SQL and relational DB concepts
o Proficiency with XML including XML Schema definition language and WSDL
o Experience with CXF/XFire or Equivalent web service stack
o Familiarity with Agile/Scrum process
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
o Ability to work well in a team structure
o Ability to lead feature or sub-system design/implementation efforts
o Ability to work across other technology and business organizations

Education
Bachelors Degree Required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
