The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of lawyers that provides guidance in the development of new products and the planning and implementation of strategic projects, advice on a myriad of regulatory and operational issues, guidance in connection with the credit businesses compliance program development and management, and strategic advice and counsel to the credit business. This position provides the opportunity to support a strategic business unit within a fast growing and innovative payments company, which presents interesting and challenging legal work for the right candidate, and the opportunity to work closely with senior regulatory attorneys both on day to day support of the business and on strategic initiatives.
