30pJOB DESCRIPTIONUnlocks door to allow visitors to enter and leave Gallagher Services, ensuring that the security of the building is not compromisedGreets all visitors, residents, family members, and employees in a friendly manner.
Provides the sign in sheet and assigns a visitors badge.
Ascertains nature of the visit, directs authorized visitors and family members to their destinations within Gallagher Services.
Responsible for providing the highest quality service to all customers in a way that represents Cherishing the Divine Within and the pursuit of excellence.
Possess and maintain knowledge of Gallagher Services in order to be able to respond to questions from families and visitorsAnswers incoming calls in a warm, pleasant, and professional manner.
Gives information to callers, routes calls and/or takes messages as needed.
Collects and distributes mail according to established procedure.
Provide other assistance with services as requested by supervisor.
Performs other related duties as assignedMonitors and documents need for pest services.
Directs them where to treat propertyMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma1-2 years of experience in a similar fieldComputer skills preferredJoin Catholic Charities of Baltimore where you will be an important member of an trauma-informed care organization that promotes a culture of safety, empowerment, healing and self-care, and that believes that every person has infinite worth and promise.
